Credit Cards |
All credit cards are accepted through our Business partner 'Paypal'. Paypal are a secure online credit card merchant. Using our online order system you will be able to pay for your items via there secure payment gateway. |

When will my credit card be charged? |
| |

If paying via Paypal. Paypal will charge your card instantly and advise us the following day of the transaction (they must deposit to our account). We will then proceed with your order. |

What is the Return Policy? |

All items must be returned to us at the buyers cost to process returns. We will confirm item is damaged/not working and replace under the manufactures warranty. You will be charged if item is found to be in working order (software fault etc.) and it has taken time to diagnoise. |

How much is my shipping? |

During the checkout process, you will be advised of the various methods. Larger items have a part of the shipping cost included. |

When will my order ship? |
| |

As soon as payment is processed your order will be on its way. All deposits should be prior to 3pm for the banks to process overnight. Times quoted are our best estimates based on information received from the manufactures/suppliers and couriers. We use Australia Post, AAE, Star Track and Fastways. Actual freight charges will vary depending on location, weight and size. Prices are for indicative purposes only. Costs of any re-delivery attempts will be passed on to customers.
Local Courier : (Cairns and surrounding areas) If you order before midday most components can be delivered to your door within 2 days. Monitors and cases may be up to 5 days.
Australia Wide : Base charge $12.00 . (Most systems around the $45 mark) |

Can you give me a quote on different items? |

No problem, Whilst we can take your order over the phone, and are happy too, we'd encourage you to use the site if you can - the orders placed through the site are prioritized, and we've found that there are less mistakes misunderstandings and spelling address errors with orders put through the site. |

What if something goes wrong? |

|
If you experience technical problems please email first, then call if necessary. We are happy to help but please remember-9 out of 10 problems are software related. If a complete system is purchased we are certainly more inclined to assist but there are only so many hours in the day! If you need to bring the problem to us we charge $95.00 inc per hour. |

I just can't make my mind up!!! |

It is often difficult to work out which graphics card is best or if the latest and greatest CPU is really worth the extra. Try online reviews and our staff are also happy to offer there humble opinion. Two rules to follow;
• Purchase technology which is already 3-4 months old - you will save around 30% on the latest and greatest.
• Upgrade your slowest piece of hardware; if you have the latest Intel Pentium 6 'you beaut' processor - its not much good for games if your graphics card was made in the last century |

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice, all prices include GST. All prices on our website are indicative only. Prices within the computer industry change rapidly. While we endeavor to keep all web prices up to date we source components from around Australia and have regular price fluctuations (both up and down). |

Warranty
All Products are warranted by Sanity Computers for a minimum one year. Components will only be accepted back in original condition. Products will not be returned unless faulty. Sanity Computers will not accept any courier charges for return goods. Carriage for warranty repairs must be paid for by the customer. A return invoice number must be obtained before the return of any product. All computer warranties are supplied as coverage for hardware for 12 months. In the event that faults are found to be a result of software failure, and no hardware faults are found a service fee may be charged. We reserve the right to stipulate that our warranty on PC's and Parts overrides all other warranties that might be stated by the manufacturers. Products under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. These turnaround times are totally dependant on distributors and manufacturers. |

We aim to provide an honest, inexpensive product to Cairns and Australia.To reduce costs we do not conform to the 'normal' retail store yet we do conform to 'normal' retail practices. We deliver to YOUR work place or home and offer a quality product with strong manufacturer warranties. Our products are identical to those in any other PC parts 'offline' retail store, the only difference is we deliver to you.
