Check out the 2008 Whirlpool broadband survey:
74% of the 17000 who undertook the survey disagreed with the Governments policy for mandatory ISP-level content filtering. A large number of these people who disagree are IT professionals yet the government in all their wisdom feel that spending tens of millions on an all but useless content filtering system condemned by experts will protect its voters.
